The initial rank tier in S11 Season will be according to your rank tier in S10 Season.

For example: If your highest rank tier is Legendary Star and the FINAL rank tier is Ultimate Ace V in S10 Season, your initial rank tier in S11 Season will be Starting Player III. If your FINAL rank tier in S10 Season is Super Star IV, your initial rank tier in S11 Season will be Starting Player V.
