Important Notice: Notes on Patch Update

Dear Players,

SLAM DUNK from TV Animation will be going to proceed Patch Update soon, please pay attention to the following precautions:

1) After the update is completed, APK version will be cancelled. Those who install the application from non-store source, please proceed to App Store or Play Store to have the latest version of application downloaded and installed on your device to ensure your smooth gaming experience.

⚡To prevent unexpected data missing, we suggest that you should bind your account before updating the application.⚡

🔒How to bind your account

Tab on [Settings] button located on the upper-right corner to access [User Center]
There are three ways to bind accounts
Set password, E-mail, and Facebook

*Those who did the first-time login using Facebook, Google or Apple will be recognized as a bound account
**The setup password is based on DeNA ID displayed on the upper part of User Center interface
Follow the instructions to complete the account binding

2) We are about to update wallet system, please observe the following instruction:
2.1) The current wallet recharge system will be cancelled (https://payment.mobage.tw/login). The website will be invalid after patch update is completed, and the new official wallet recharge system will launch soon afterwards. Please pay attention to the latest announcement for the launch of the new recharge site.

2.2) US dollar will be adopted as the primary currency, and balance from iOS and Google account will be combined. Please be informed that the official website provides PayPal as payment system. You can get a rebate of up to 20% through the official website recharge.

2.3) In case there are some balance remaining in your account, the system will convert the balance of 29.19 points into US$1 and transfer it to the new wallet system automatically.

ex:
If there are 500 points remaining in the current wallet system, you will get 500÷29.19 = US$ 17.13 transferred to the new wallet system.

In case there are some balance remaining in both iOS and Android systems, the points will be calculated seperately then finalize the sum.

ex:
If there are 100 points remaining in iOS and 120 points remaining in Android, you will get (100÷29.19) + (120÷29.19) = US$ 7.54 transferred to the new wallet system.
